Privacy Policy

What this site collects: almost nothing

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no scripts, fonts, images or embeds from third-party servers. Fonts are served from our own domain. There is no tracking pixel, no tag manager, no session recording and no advertising network.

That means we cannot build a profile of you, because we do not receive the data needed to do it. It also means this site does not need a cookie consent banner, and you will not see one.

What is unavoidably processed

Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data in order to serve pages and defend against attacks: your IP address, the page requested, timestamp, user agent and referrer. We do not have a dashboard that lets us browse this data by person, and we do not use it for analytics or profiling. Cloudflare acts as our processor under its own data protection terms.

Email you send us. If you write to one of our published addresses, we hold that email in order to reply to it. That is the whole purpose. We keep correspondence while it is useful and delete it when it is not.

We do not have user accounts, newsletters, comment forms or contact forms. There is nothing to sign up for, so there is nothing to leak.

Lawful basis

For server logs, our lawful basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR and EU GDPR: serving a website securely. For email correspondence, the basis is legitimate interest in answering the person who wrote to us.

What happens when you click through to an operator

When you follow an affiliate link, you leave this site. The operator is then an independent data controller and its own privacy policy applies, not ours. Operators typically do set cookies, run analytics and process your data extensively, particularly during account opening and identity verification. Read their policy before you register.

We pass no personal data to operators. Our redirect carries no identifier about you.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can request access to personal data we hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, or complain to a supervisory authority. Given how little we hold, most requests will be answered by telling you that we hold nothing beyond any email you have sent us.

Write to privacy@chatcasinoai.com.

The UK supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in the EU, you may complain to the authority in your country of residence.

Controller identity

The data controller is the operator of www.chatcasinoai.com.

This website is operated under the name ChatCasinoAI, which is the data controller for the purposes of this policy. Full company registration details (registered name, number and address) will be published here before public launch.

Changes

The date at the top of this page is the last substantive change. Because the site holds so little data, we expect this policy to change rarely.
